Return Policy
We accept returns on domestic orders for products that are unburned and unused. Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Refunds for returned items will be offered in the form of store credit only.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return products. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned. The MELT Bar reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or otherwise do not meet the above criteria.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
